About the recipe
Cowboy soup is an incredibly easy cooked and rich soup that works well with most people.
I saw a recipe online, but soon realised that it wasn’t adjusted to those who eat low-carb, as it contains potatoes.
So I did what I often do - refurnished the ingredients and created a low-carb friendly Cowboy Soup.
So, this is a Cowboy soup without potatoes, so much less carbs.
Hope you’ll enjoy it!
