Most of us have probably eaten onion rings at some point, but what do you say about bacon-wrapped grilled onion rings?

It's super simple and so damn good to throw on the grill.

Peel the onion and cut it into about 0.5 inch thick slices so you can squeeze out rings.
Take a ring, with about two layers of onion and spin the bacon around it all.
Do this with as many as you can and the bacon will suffice.
Grill on indirect heat and finish with a little hot and fast when the onion has softened.
Here you must have a little feeling for grilling, because it is impossible to say an exact time.
If you want to you can put on some low carb glaze at the end.
