About the recipe
Roasted pointed cabbage has become one of my absolute favorite side dishes, after I tested it for the first time.
It takes some time to cook, but wow! It’s worth it.
It is also quite fun, since you can vary the tasting as much as you want. Try seasoning it with different herbs.
We’ve tried dragoons and it was really tasty!

Instructions

Divide the cabbage head into four pieces.
Spread the seasoned oil over the cabbage and put it in the oven, at 392°F.
After about 30 minutes, take the cabbage out of the oven and shave butter on top of it.
Put the cabbage in the oven, for about 30 minutes more, or until the cabbage is soft and has a nice color.
Take the cabbage out of the oven and squeeze lemon juice on top of it. Serve at once!
