About the recipe
Onion gravy is an incredibly classic and super easy sauce to make.
I do not know why I have not come up with it before, but it is now that I have started to eat a more dairy-free diet that it struck me that I can make onion gravy instead of a classic white onion sauce.
I had it with my good elk patties and it sat like a charm. Incredibly good!
