Looking for that perfect replacement for potatis chips when eating low carb or keto?
Cheese chips are a perfect alternative to regular chips if you want something good and crunchy to chew on. You can also vary the seasoning by using different spices or just different kinds of cheese.
You can use any hard cheese that you can grate. Cheddar, parmesan or something like that.

Set the oven to 400°F (210°C).
Take out a plate and put a baking sheet paper on it.
Divide the cheese into about 10 piles (the smaller the piles the smaller the chips) with space between the piles. The cheese will melt in the oven.
Sprinkle a little paprika powder and a little garlic powder over each pile.
Set in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
NOTE! All ovens are different and it is important to keep track of the chips at all times. It may take 8 minutes and sometimes 12.
When the chips have melted properly and turned golden in color, take them out and let them cool.
